About UnderTow Phoenix

 Opened in August 2016 in Phoenix, Arizona, UnderTow offers an immersive atmosphere to indulge in classic & exotic cocktails. The environment whisks guests away on a 90-minute worldly journey in the belly of a spice trader’s turn-of-the-century Clipper ship, which follows the adventures of our revered Captain John Mallory and his crew. UnderTow’s signature décor and special effects have been custom-created by various commissioned artists. This world-class cocktail experience also features rare rums from around the world and offers a variety of handcrafted, signature merchandise available to purchase.

The Challenge

To Create an Immersive experience for the customer integrating the Video, Audio and Special Effects Lighting. Being composed of multiple types of controllers and devices this system requires a very custom and unique type of control to work. 

The Aevio Response

Using Crestron Automation we integrate multiple systems and controls into a single processor that handles all the systems continually over the network. Using a simple Ipad interface to start to show or make needed adjustments on the fly all systems are combined into one place making a nice experience for the users. As an ever evolving project we are always excited to see Undertow has up its sleeve next.
