About Century Grand
Century Grand is a trio of turn-of-the-century inspired cocktail bars serving specialty craft cocktails alongside a movie-like immersive audio/visual experience filled with the sights and sounds from America’s 19th and 20th century history.
Century Grand has received several awards for its ingenuity in creating a cocktail experience above and beyond the “normal” bar experience with stunning visual effects and storytelling.

The Challenge
Aevio was tasked with developing technology that could be easily controlled and provide the staff with a simple interface to turn all the incorporated systems on in sync including custom low volt mood lighting and Digital Candles. Using DMX control a simulated train horn and fog blast occurs on the train every hour driven by Crestron automation
The Aevio Response
Aevio suggested designing the experience using a Crestron control processor along with DMX controlled peripherals such as lighting, haze and fog machines. The audio experience utilized an Autonomics Music Player to stream a Custom playlist of audio to strategically placed speakers for an immersive experience throughout the building.
